So somehow all of the nagging, talking, arguing, and constant praying finally got through to him.
As of last week, he got his first job as a server at a local restaurant, Toast. We're all a little nervous, because if you've ever met my brother, he's not very coordinated. It'll be good for him, though. We're planning on going to visit him as soon as he gets his schedule (more for the fact that we just have to see this!).

The bigger news is that tomorrow morning, Harrison will be enlisting in the Army National Guard. He's been enthralled with the Army ever since he could hold a stick and turn it into a gun, so this isn't a huge surprise for most of us. We figured this day would come eventually. He'll be leaving sometime after Christmas, so the restaurant thing is just until then. He told Brad he's signing up for infantry, which scares me. But this kid requires alot more prayer than most, so we'll just be hitting our knees a little more often now.
I'm really proud of him. He's finally making some positive changes in his life. Please keep him in your prayers. While most people may need just one guardian angel, he uses up a whole fleet of them. :)

awww be safe Harrison!!
How's momma taking it??
She's both. He needs the discipline and a good career, etc, but she's still nervous for him. :)
Your Harrison sounds like an older version of my M. I'll pray for yours and you pray for mine :-).
