Growing up

Last week, we went out to eat for the first time as a family. We were given a gift card to Outback, so we decided to cash that in. Nobody was able to watch Noah for us, but that was ok. He did so well. We had a great time, until the kid in the booth behind us threw up. We left pretty quickly after that. So quickly, that we accidentally left one of Noah's bottles on the table.

On January 15th, Noah rolled over for the first time, from belly to back!

Noah isn't the only one doing some growing up. Harrison will be leaving for basic training on Wednesday. He's going to Fort Benning, GA and will be there till May. My dad threw him a party on Saturday night, then my mom had one for him the next night. It was fun getting to hang out with family and friends. I'm proud of him, and I think this will be a really good thing for him. I'm so nervous, though. He's such a sensitive kid.

(Harrison and his godfather, Jim)

Oh, and when we asked Harrison what happened to his latest girlfriend (who was supposed to be at the parties), he informed us that he had broken up with her. The reason? She told him "not to fill up on sweet tea" at dinner. And by gosh, aint nobody gonna tell this southern boy not to drink his sweet tea...

I would also like to take this time to brag on my hubby for a sec. He's officially lost 23 pounds since Noah was born! He's such a hottie! (pics to come) I'm so excited for him! We ordered the P90x fitness program. Thanks to our buddy, Justin, he'll be supplying us with (FREE!) pull-up bar, resistance bands, weights, etc since he's not using it anymore (he has a gym where he lives now).
We tried to do "DAY 1" of the program today. We both got about 20 minutes into it and were worn slap out!

This might take longer than 90 days...

Congrats to Brad! What's his secret? I have absolutely ZERO time to work out. Ryan is now working 30+ hours a week and with me in school...no time to burn the cals. But somehow I am back into my prepregancy jeans. They are a bit tight, but hey...I can button them up!

Noah is so cute! I can't believe he rolled over! Give him big kisses for us. Brinley just yells when she does tummy time. Not quite at the rolling stage yet. She gets her legs kicking real fast and her body rolls back and forth but no complete rolls over. It's alright...she's only 2.5 months!

Chris did the same thing this summer. The man lost 35 pounds. I hate him. But, he looks rather hot so I'm not going to complain.

I did P90X last year, and lost close to 20 pounds in 3 months, so it's a fab program. But OMG is it hard. You rock Hailey!!
