My husband has always been pretty creative when it comes to making up games. In fact, his whole family is. His brother is a genius when it comes to inventing Nerf battlefields, obstacle courses, or clever ways to occupy your kids. I remember hanging out at Brad's house one night and one of the kids had spilled sugar all over the kitchen floor. Somehow an attempt at cleaning it up turned into Brad and his older sister playing broom hockey, gliding on the sugar across the kitchen.
Brad came home last week and told me about a game he invented at work.
It's called the "Turkey Hat Game"
(games, they're good at. names for them? it could use a little work).
Here's how it goes.
Each employee picks a piece of paper out of a big turkey hat.
And not a cute, cartoony type turkey, but a baked turkey.

So everyone grabs a piece of paper.
If you pick the right one, you can win a $5 gift card to Starbucks.
However, there's also a chance that you'll pick the losing piece and have to wear the turkey hat to the next Exec meeting. Fortunately, he works with some good sports.
