I knew even as kids that you were going to be an amazing dad. The way you would play with crazy little Kalyb, chasing him around the couches and playing "Toro Toro" with him. Watching you cuddle tiny Skyler when her mama would have to work late. Giving my little brother girl advice and guiding him in making wise decisions. Climbing around in the McDonald's play place with my baby sister. You were even a great dad to our pups before we were married.

You have no inhibitions when it comes to kids... you're as loud, goofy, crazy, and free as they are. You come up with creative games. And they love every minute of it.

All of the qualities I've always loved about you have now translated into your role as a father... your love, your strength, your compassion for others, your protectiveness. You're not afraid to parent; to be firm yet sweet. You use up every bit of that precious heart of yours.

Noah loves you so much. Watching him walk around, from room to room, saying, "Dada... Dada..." melts my heart.

Thank you for all you do for us. You're an amazing daddy to our boy.
