Anyways, it was fun to see so many friends, teachers, and alumni again.

Me with my 4th Grade teacher, Mrs Emmrich.

One of my preschool teachers, who later became the secretary, Mrs Cuthbertson, and Dr Bill Kamm.
I started at RCS when I was 3 in "Sonshine School" and went on to graduate from there, so it was a little like a family reunion. :) There were only 4 graduates (yep, Harrison's school beat them by 2 kids), but it was still a good graduation. Our first principal (and most would agree the best ever), Mr Kamm... excuse me... Dr Kamm, was the keynote speaker. As a gift to him, he was presented the final Mop Award. The Mop Award was something he started a long time ago, and it was just a mop that was given to whoever had the cleanest classroom that month. The winning class would then decide how they wanted to dress up the mop to show off at the next chapel, where it would then be passed on to the next winners. I've seen that thing get dressed up all kinds of different ways... George Washington, the Bible, the city of Jerusalem. So yeah, he was the final recipient of the Mop Award, and they dressed it up as an RCS graduate.
The final chapel closed with lots of music, confetti, and balloons. So much fun!
Everyone was so sweet and VERY excited to see me pregnant. Pastor Mike (the man that married us) was there and gave Brad and I the sweetest compliment. He just said that there's no doubt in his mind that with the kind of people Brad and I are, that Noah will grow up to be a very godly person. So sweet!
My favorite thing about Res is that the friendships I made there have lasted. Not many people can say they're still good friends with the people they went to preschool, kindergarten, etc with, but I've been fortunate enough to have that.
With that said, here are a few fun pics from Res and the friends I've made there. Enjoy!

Wow -- you went to the same school for your entire school career? And you are still friends with your classmates? I can't even imagine that. If I saw anyone from school, even my friends, I turn in the other direction and hope they didn't see me! School was not fun for me. I want to leave those years far behind me :-).
